FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN
Your wedding celebration is more than just one day – it can be a full weekend of events, from local activities for out of town guests, to the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding itself to to the farewell brunch. From the very beginning of the planning process I will guide you each step of the way, combining logistics with design to ensure your celebration is not only orchestrated flawlessly, but also a gorgeous representation of the love you have for one another. My team is all about the overall experience, making sure your guests understand how much they are appreciated while ensuring you are taken care of from start to finish.
The majority of my clients have a very busy work schedule or are planning from afar and I would say destination events and private estate celebrations, both nationwide and international, are our specialty.
Based on the extent of my services and limited number of clients each year, I do not offer day-of or partial planning.
Together with my team, we specialize in lush, overflowing centerpieces and nature-inspired bouquets. Flowers have always had a spot in my heart and they are one of my favorite parts of the overall event design process, from bringing in a sentimental bloom that reminds the bride of her late grandmother to scouring the earth for those hard-to-find peonies just at the end of the season to bring the centerpieces to life. Floral design is not included in my full-service planning & design services but can be added separately. There is a $10k minimum for floral design as a standalone service.
BRAND STYLING + STRATEGY
From merchandising photoshoots to Instagram content development to editorial styling to SMT design, I love to step outside the “wedding” world to put my marketing experience to work. Based on your brand’s goals, I will pull together a design board to ensure your messaging is on point (and aesthetically aligned) and from there, source everything from the props to the vendors to bring your brand’s story to life. Previous clients include The Home Depot, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Minted, CF Greens, Rue Magazine, Glitter Guide, and BHLDN along with several lifestyle brands.
1 ON 1 MENTORING
While large workshops are certainly valuable in cultivating relationships and teaching broad business practices, I prefer to offer 1:1 sessions to step away from the noise and really focus on my client’s specific needs in a one-on-one setting. This intimate setting allows us to foster real, candid conversations and get down to the nitty-gritty details to help take my client’s business to the next level.
1on1 session clients can be seasoned wedding professionals or completely new to the game. For more information and to learn more about these sessions, please contact me.
